Arrival alpine huts: As the access road to the alpine huts on the Unterstalleralm has been restricted since 2022 and is subject to a fee, guests should first stop by our main house, Hochberg 23, when they arrive. There you will receive a free ticket for your vacation days. Otherwise it costs € 5.0 per ride.

At the same time we can record the guest details. On departure, the card should be returned to us, as the next guests are already waiting for it.
We therefore require a deposit of € 50.00 when the card is issued, which will be paid out or offset when it is returned

Arrival/departure: Your room/apartment is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival and until 10:00 on the day of departure.

Final cleaning: A final cleaning fee of € 7.00 per day will be charged for our apartments.

Breakfast: You can enjoy our breakfast offer from 7:00 am to 10:00 am. The surcharge for extra breakfast is € 10.00 per breakfast and person. (Please register by 18:00 the day before)

Pets are welcome: Pets are also welcome guests in our house. The surcharge is € 10.00 per pet and night (without food).

Farm products: You can get milk, honey, butter and home-baked farmhouse bread at our farm.

Parking spaces: There are uncovered, free parking spaces available.

Travel insurance: You have the option of taking out travel cancellation insurance when you book via gutwenger.at.

Ski room: Your winter sports equipment is well stored in our ski room with boot dryer and ski rack during your stay.

Playground: For our younger guests there is a small playground in front of the house with a swing, a slide and a playhouse.

Cancellations: The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply in our hotel:
- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 40 % of the accommodation price
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 70 % of the accommodation price
- in the last week before the day of arrival 90 % of the accommodation price

Tourist tax: The tourist tax is € 2,00 per person (from 15 years) per night. (Subject to change!)

Laundry service: There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room, which you can use at any time on request (for a small surcharge).

W-LAN: Use our free and fast W-LAN throughout the house.

Payment methods: Payments can be made in cash, by EC card (Maestro), VISA, Mastercard or bank transfer in advance.
